EVENT MEMEMORIES MEDIA

Capturing moments is the artists specialty. We seek beauty and meaning in daily life, continuously striving to show the world it's wonder. Within special life events, there are many small moments that compile the whole experience. An artist looks for the minutia in the big and small moments, creating a celebration through visual metaphor. Capture the beauty of life's big and small moments through videography, wedding painting, and photography with Morgan DeVillier. More information below:

Painting you into History

“Your memories deserve to be commemorated with pride. In the past, patrons of the arts were those who celebrated marriage, life, death, togetherness, passion, and memories through the hands of artists. One of the best known artists, Michelangelo, created through his religious faith and was supported through patrons of the church. While Michelangelo painted religious scenes for churches, many artists like Jan van Eyck or Hans Holbein painted kings, queens, and aristocrats. Fast-forwarding from the 15th and 16th centuries to the 21st century, it’s easy to say that times have drastically changed. However, we still long to commemorate our lives through portraiture and still life paintings. The only difference is that it is not only for kings and queens. It is for you and me, royalty in our own rights. I look at my work as my participation in painting history, commemorating the lives of today and their full importance through art. It is my passion and honor to paint your memories into history.”    —Morgan
